Landhaus Hefele

Description

Welcome to our Landhaus Hefele, newly built in 2002. We offer you two cosy two-room flats for one to three people. The flats each consist of a living room, bedroom, bathroom and a kitchenette. Situated in a very quiet location on the south-western outskirts of Reit im Winkl, the house is an ideal starting point for activities in and around our beautiful holiday resort. The cross-country skiing stadium with access to the cross-country skiing trails and the festival hall can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The village centre is about eight minutes away. Here you will find a good selection of eateries, cafés and shops. The outdoor swimming pool and other tourist facilities round off the offer. Of course you can park your car directly at the house. Dogs are also welcome (EUR 10,00 per day). We are looking forward to your visit!

Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title of climatic health resort is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health." Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. Firstly, the altitude, which ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with the natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.

Arrival Description

Leave the motorway A8 Munich-Salzburg at the exit Bernau and turn left in the direction of Grassau - Marquartstein and from there in the direction of Reit im Winkl. Once in the village, drive opposite the festival hall into Ahornstraße, 2x left, after 200 m right into Weinleiten.
