Description

You will find our beautiful house Vierjahreszeiten near the centre of the village in a quiet residential street. In our flats, which all have a south-facing balcony or terrace, you can enjoy a great view of the Kaiser Mountains from sunny spots. Hiking trails (or cross-country ski trails in winter) run directly in front of our large garden, which can also be used as a sunbathing lawn. For relaxation you will appreciate our swimming pool with sauna and solarium. In the flats you will find upscale and comfortable furnishings. Sleeping and living rooms are separated and allow for a relaxing holiday. For breakfast, you can have fresh bread rolls brought to you by the bread roll service. Bringing pets is possible on request.

Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title of climatic health resort is awarded to "towns and villages whose air and climate, according to an expert report, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather events.In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with the natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.

Arrival Description

Coming from Unterwössen (Bernau) turn left from Dorfstraße in front of the traffic office pavilion into Frühlingstr. Coming from Kössen (Tyrol), turn right from Tiroler Str. across Rathausplatz in the direction of München. After another right turn you are already on Dorfstr., from where you turn right into Frühlingstr. From Ruhpolding (Inzell) turn right into Entfeldener Str. , which you leave to the left in the direction of Chiemsee-Dorfstr. Then turn left into Frühlingstr. in front of the traffic office pavilion.

Wir fahren seid über 11 Jahre in die gleiche Wohnung, die Liegestühle für außerhalb sind seid Jahren defekt, dabei müssten nur mal die Haltegummis erneuert werden

Schöne, saubere Wohnung, das Hallenbad und die Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Wohnung war für uns drei genau richtig von der Größe her.

Das Wasser im Badezimmer, speziell an der Badewanne war meist nur lauwarm, morgens früh auch kalt, wenn man nicht unnötigerweise lange das Wasser laufen ließ, was Verschwendung ist.
