The "Moritz" holiday flat, which was thoroughly renovated in 2021 and has been awarded four stars, is located in the heart of Reit im Winkl on Tiroler Straße. With furnishings made entirely of Swiss pine and old wood, the modern flat radiates a feeling of well-being. The cross-country skiing stadium, the festival hall and the ski bus stop are in the direct vicinity, as are many shopping facilities and restaurants. The modern kitchen is also the dining room and is equipped with everything your heart desires. The living room invites you to spend relaxing evenings with a comfortable sofa and a modern flat-screen TV and offers direct access to the furnished terrace and the sunny garden, which awaits you with deck chairs. The flat has a separate bedroom and a small separate children's room with a single bed. WC and shower are in two bathrooms. In addition, a parking space, a storage room and a washing machine in the cellar are available for the guests. The village centre with all facilities is about a 4-minute walk away. The sports field, outdoor pool, playground, spa park, restaurants, banqueting hall and tourist information are in the immediate vicinity. Enjoy the view of the Wilder Kaiser, the quiet location and the proximity to nature. Hikers will also get their money's worth, as many of the tours start virtually on the doorstep. The centre of Reit im Winkl is also within easy walking distance and invites you to take a leisurely stroll. We are also a partner rental company/operator of the Benzeck ski lifts. This means that, in addition to our own services, you can enjoy other free services such as free travel on the Benzeck lifts in winter (EUR1.00 contribution towards costs).

Luftkurort Reit im Winkl Laut Wikipedia wird das Prädikat Luftkurort an "Ortschaften vergeben, deren Luft und Klima laut einem Gutachten Eigenschaften aufweisen, die für Erholung und Gesundheit förderlich sind. Reit im Winkl wurde 1956 zum Luftkurort ernannt und hat seitdem die Voraussetzungen für das Gutachten durch bemühen immer wieder erfüllt. Zum einen die Höhenlage, die dafür sorgt, dass die Sommerhitze gemäßigt und die Nächte angenehm kühl bleiben. Der Ort ist umgeben von ausgedehnten Bergwäldern der Chiemgauer Alpen und ist zum Großklima dem Klimabezirk „Bayerische Alpen“ zuzurechnen. Der Witterungscharakter wird entscheidend durch die Gegebenheiten, das heißt durch den Einfluss der Gebirgszüge und der Taleinschnitte auf das Wettergeschehen, bestimmt.Neben den natürlichen Voraussetzungen für gute Luft kümmern wir uns aktiv mit der Naturwärme oder reichlich Bus-Angeboten darum, dass uns die gute Bergluft erhalten bleibt.

By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the "Inntaldreieck" and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
