Located in the traditional centre of Reit im Winkl, the "Mahlert" holiday flat is in Haus Sonnenschein and impresses with a fantastic view of the village and the nearby Kaisergebirge mountains from the sunny, furnished balcony. The flat convinces with an old-fashioned, cosy furnishing style and is perfectly suitable for four people. The living room has a country-style dining area, as well as a large seating area with sofa and two TV armchairs, and invites you to spend cosy evenings. There are two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need and is also suitable for preparing larger meals. The modern bathroom has a toilet and shower. Furthermore, Haus Sonnenschein offers you many extras such as sauna, solarium, sunbeds, table tennis table, children's playroom, washing machine, ski rack and electric boot dryer. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the village centre is within easy walking distance. Some of the best restaurants and cafés, as well as a variety of shops invite you to take a leisurely stroll through the village. Hikers will also get their money's worth here, as many of the trails start directly in the centre. We are a partner landlord/operator of the Reit im Winkl swimming card. Arrival Description

By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the "Inntaldreieck" and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
