Our family-run Willfert guesthouse is located in the immediate vicinity of the village, yet in a sunny and absolutely quiet location with an unobstructed view of the Kaisergebirge mountains. We offer you lovingly and comfortably furnished one- and two-room flats with fully equipped kitchens. All flats are with shower/WC and flat screen TV. On large balconies with wooden furniture you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the surrounding mountain scenery. Towels and bed linen are available in sufficient quantity. Wi-Fi and telephone calls to the German landline network are free of charge. Directly at the house you will find a spacious sunbathing lawn. Pure sunshine from the early morning hours until sunset. The sporty among our guests can start directly from the house into the cross-country skiing trail or into the hiking trails starting at the house. You will find relaxation and recreation in our small but fine well-being room with infrared cabin. The village centre with its numerous shopping and leisure facilities, the variety of restaurants and cafés, as well as the stops for ski and excursion buses can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. An advance payment of 30% of the total price is due by 10 days after booking. Your advantage as our guest: We are a partner rental company/business of the Reit im Winkl Swimming Card. This gives you the opportunity to receive additional free services in addition to our own services, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl outdoor pool and the Kössen forest swimming pool.

Luftkurort Reit im Winkl Laut Wikipedia wird das Prädikat Luftkurort an "Ortschaften vergeben, deren Luft und Klima laut einem Gutachten Eigenschaften aufweisen, die für Erholung und Gesundheit förderlich sind. Reit im Winkl wurde 1956 zum Luftkurort ernannt und hat seitdem die Voraussetzungen für das Gutachten durch bemühen immer wieder erfüllt. Zum einen die Höhenlage, die dafür sorgt, dass die Sommerhitze gemäßigt und die Nächte angenehm kühl bleiben. Der Ort ist umgeben von ausgedehnten Bergwäldern der Chiemgauer Alpen und ist zum Großklima dem Klimabezirk „Bayerische Alpen“ zuzurechnen. Der Witterungscharakter wird entscheidend durch die Gegebenheiten, das heißt durch den Einfluss der Gebirgszüge und der Taleinschnitte auf das Wettergeschehen, bestimmt.Neben den natürlichen Voraussetzungen für gute Luft kümmern wir uns aktiv mit der Naturwärme oder reichlich Bus-Angeboten darum, dass uns die gute Bergluft erhalten bleibt.
