Die Wohnung liegt in einem Zweifamilienhaus im 1. Obergeschoss. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ebenfalls eine Ferienwohnung. Beide Wohnungen haben Zugang zum Garten mit eigenen Sitzecken, Gartenmöbeln und Grill im Sommer. Direkt vor dem Haus befinden sie die Privatparkplätze. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, hat 3 Schlafzimmer, Flur, Bad mit WC/Dusche, große Wohnküche komplett eingerichtet und ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit eingenem Südbalkon mit Blick in die Natur. Direkt vorm Haus führt die Langlaufloipe vorbei, der Skilift ins Skigebiet Winklmoosalm/Steinplatte ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Sommer in der Nähe die Drei-Seen-Platte zum Baden, Naturschutzgebiet - Wanderwege gehen direkt am Haus vorbei, ebenso Fahrradwege.

Ein herzliches Willkommen im Forsthaus Reit im Winkl Reit im Winkl ist genau so, wie Sie sich ein Dorf in den bayerischen Bergen vorstellen - gemütlich mit einem idyllischem Ortskern, aber dennoch sehr lebendig mit schönen Geschäften und vielen Restaurants. Der in einem Tal liegende Ort Reit im Winkl, der weit über die Grenzen bekannt ist und auch als "Schneeloch" (schneesicher im Winter) gilt, verfügt über umfangreiche Langlaufloipen - diese gelten als die schönsten in den deutschen Alpen, wunderschöne Winterwanderwege (Panoramaweg) und dem schönem Skigebiet Winklmoosalm/Steinplatte direkt vor unserer Haustüre - Parkplatz suchen ist nicht notwendig ! Unsere 2 Häuser mit 4 schönen Ferienwohnungen liegt auf der Sonnenseite von Reit im Winkl / Seegatterl mit Blick auf das großartige Gebirge, direkt an der Langlaufloipe und dem Radweg ins Naturschutzgebiet der drei Seen. Die Gondel zum Winklmoos/Steinplatte Ski- und Wandergebiet ist fußläufig zu erreichen (ca 300m). Alle Ferienwohnungen haben Südbalkone / Terrasse und die Ferienwohnungen im Obergeschoß auch Gartenmitbenutzung, der Garten ist groß und verfügt über 2 Sitzgruppen - für jede Wohnung eine. Im Sommer ist der Fahrradweg direkt vorm Haus, dieser führt direkt ins Naturschutzgebiet was hier auch beginnt. Wandern Sie direkt vom Haus aus in die schönen Berge, zur Winklmoosalm oder auch zu den drei Badeseen Weitsee-Mittersee-Lödensee. Hier können Sie in dem klarem Gebirgswasser eine Abkühlung nehmen. Das Panorama ist traumhaft. Unsere Ferienwohnungen in der Größe zwischen 100 qm und ca. 125 qm bieten viel Platz für 4-6 Personen ( 2 und 3 Schlafzimmer) und verfügen über eine gemütliche und umfangreiche Einrichtung. Parkplätze sind genügend auf dem Privatgrundstück direkt vorm Haus vorhanden. Urlaub in Bayern, wie er schöner nicht sein kann!

The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district.
