The holiday home Am Hausberg is located in a quiet, sunny south-facing slope, only a three-minute walk from the centre of Reit im Winkl. The house offers a familiar and well-kept atmosphere. Four non-smoking holiday flats with south-facing balconies and unobstructed mountain views offer space for two to four people. We are happy to offer you our bread roll service. A large bicycle and ski room is available for sports enthusiasts. Hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks are in the immediate vicinity. Your advantage as our guest: We are a partner rental company/business of the Reit im Winkl Swimming Card. This gives you the opportunity to receive additional free services in addition to our own services, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl outdoor pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool, and the east shore and lake promenade at Walchsee. We are also a partner rental company/operator of the Benzeck ski lifts. This means that, in addition to our own services, you can enjoy other free services such as free travel on the Benzeck lifts in winter (EUR1.00 contribution towards costs). Luftkurort Reit im Winkl According to Wikipedia, the title "climatic health resort" is awarded to "localities whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. Arrival Description

From the church, drive straight ahead into Hausbachweg, at the end of the road turn right into Birnbacherstr. and follow this road for approx. 100 m. Before you drive up the hill towards Birnbach, turn left into Sommerpointweg. There you will find our guesthouse on the left side.
