In the healthy Bavarian mountain air, you will find the Demelhof bed and breakfast, in a quiet and sunny location, with an unobstructed view of the Reit im Winkler mountains. Our house is ideal for hikers, nature lovers, families and mountain bikers. But also skiers, cross-country skiers and winter hikers will get their money's worth. Beautiful comfort holiday flats in the new building, or cosy holiday flats and guest rooms in the farmhouse invite you to relax and unwind. In summer, you can enjoy the sun's rays on the terrace and the sunbathing lawn. In the children's playroom with table football and table tennis, our younger guests can really let off steam. Your advantage as our guest: We are a partner rental company/business of the Reit im Winkl Swimming Card. This gives you the opportunity to receive additional free services in addition to our own services, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl outdoor pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool, and the east shore and lake promenade at Walchsee. We are also a partner rental company/operator of the Benzeck ski lifts. This means that, in addition to our own services, you can enjoy other free services such as free travel on the Benzeck lifts in winter (EUR1.00 contribution towards costs).

Environment description

Our house is the perfect starting point for many hikes. In the immediate vicinity you will find hiking and walking trails, a children's playground, cross-country ski trails, ski lifts with snow tubing facility, the toboggan run and much more. Your advantage as our guest: We are partner landlord/operator of the Benz- Eck ski lifts. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services in addition to our own, such as free travel on the Benzeck lifts in winter. (EUR 1.00 contribution to costs) All doors are thus open for your active and/or recreational holiday. The Heigenhauser family is looking forward to your visit!

Take advantage of the benefits of the inclusive card, free services, and discounts even on the day of arrival (e.g., free ride up to the Winklmoos-Alm, participation in guided hikes, etc.). Please ask your landlord for the inclusive card upon arrival! Arrival Description

By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the "Inntaldreieck" and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
