Description

Our managed farm with dairy cows is located in the idyllic village of Rottau. From our farm, you have a great view of the mountains. In the vacation apartment I you have two separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchenette and a living room with TV and shower / WC. The apartment is suitable for up to 4 people. The vacation apartment II has a separate bedroom and an east balcony. Both apartments are located on the 2nd floor. This apartment is suitable for up to 2 persons. Our rooms all have a double bed, shower/WC and balcony. In the common room there is a cooking facility which you can use at any time. In the garden there is a small playground for the little ones with trampoline, swing, slide and sandbox. A barbecue facility, large lawn for sunbathing and bicycle parking are available.Sights such as Herrenchiemsee Castle or various mountain railroads can be easily reached from us by public transport or by car. No pets allowed.

terms/extras

The above prices do not include the health resort fee of EUR 1.00 per person/night for adults. Children from 6 to 17 years: 0,50 EUR. Children from 0 to 5 years as well as severely handicapped persons from 80% are free of charge. Concerning payment (possible deposit) your host will contact you in time concerning the bank data !

Arrival Description

You drive on the freeway A 8 Munich-Salzburg, take the exit Bernau and then turn left in the direction of Reit im Winkl. Drive through the following village Bernau, the next village is Rottau. In Rottau, turn left into the main street after the tourist information and drive to the church. Follow the main road until you reach Hackenstraße, house no. 1.
