Welcome to our Studio No. 1 This 5***** apartment is located on the first floor and extends over 110 square meters. The large garden with plenty of lawn and a covered outdoor dining area invites you to stay and relax. When booking this studio, the use of the heated private pool and the birch sauna, which is harmoniously inserted into the garden, is included. Once inside the apartment, you will find a dining area and a modern fitted kitchen. In addition to a fridge-freezer, oven, steamer, induction hob with trough fan, kettle, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker, you will find sufficient kitchen utensils and crockery in the kitchen. If you now step further, you will find a separate guest toilet, as well as the large bathroom. A free-standing bathtub and large rainforest shower will put you in a relaxed mood for your stay. This bathroom has a double vanity. Towels, bathrobes and slippers are included with every booking. In addition, our studios are equipped with Valentina & Phillipa natural skin care products (soap, conditioner, shampoo and shower). Hidden behind a sliding glass door, connected to the bathroom, you will find a small utility room. You will find a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils. If you now go back to the entrance area of the studio, you will find the master bedroom straight ahead. In addition to a cozy king-size box-spring bed and a large couch, you'll find a TV, speakers via Bluetooth, and spacious built-in cabinets. This harmonious room concept is rounded off by a fireplace.Connected to this room is the guest/children's room. In our old farmhouse parlor, space can be created here for two children or another guest via a sofa bed (separate mattress). An old fireplace can be found here as well. Through the patio door you can directly reach the pool and the garden. Hidden under the studio you will find the historical soul of the house, our wine cellar. Accessible via a staircase in the entrance area, it is fully stocked with hand-picked wines, sparkling wines and champagne for every booking. Every guest is welcome to help himself here according to the TRUST IN concept. A corner bench in the wine cellar offers the possibility to eat and celebrate here. Parking is available directly in front of the studio.Feel free to contact us with any questions and let us know your individual wishes before booking.Each guest has the opportunity to book various additional services for an additional charge. Our in-house masseuse will be happy to pamper you with soothing massages and baths. Our personal trainer will help you achieve your physical goals and show you effective exercises. For special carroseries we offer private parking in our heated and locked garage. We are also happy to assist you with your recreational planning here in beautiful Chiemgau. On request, a Frauscher Allesio can be chartered and a guided tour of the beautiful Chiemsee will make your stay unforgettable. Pets on request! When booking from 16 October to 23 December, the outdoor pool is not accessible!!!
