Enjoy your vacation in our new in March 2022 completed and lovingly furnished vacation apartment in Chiemgau. It offers space for 4 people in two separate bedrooms (a fifth sleeping place can be provided on request). The living room with large couch invites you to a quiet TV evening, but also offers enough space for a sociable game night, game collection, etc. is freely available.Our new kitchen is very well equipped. In addition to a coffee maker, there is also a fridge-freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle and toaster etc. at your disposal. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, towel dryer and a washing machine which is included in the price. Description

Our vacation apartment Landhaus GLà ÜCKSmoment is centrally located in the climatic health resort Rottau in the middle of the Chiemgau Alps and Lake Chiemsee. For sporting activities, the surrounding mountains and hiking trails invite you to experience exciting mountain and bike tours. If you want to stay at home, you will find enough space for the whole family in our spacious orchard, whether table tennis or badminton. Also the little guests will surely have their fun in the pirate ship sandbox. Our small "Grilleckerl" and campfire site provide for the cozy part of your vacation.

Environment description

From our apartment you can explore the Chiemsee in only a few minutes with the steamer, which has to offer with castle Herrenchiemsee also immediately a candidate for a world cultural heritage. Not far from our apartment you can find for example the forest animal trail Rottau, the museum salt and moor "Klaushäusl", the nature reserve Kendlmühlfilzen, our museum peat train station with field train, moor experience trail which offers fun for young and old etc.. Culinary you do not come in Rottau too short, a few minutes away are three inns with beer garden.

About the host

We are a young family who will be happy to give you tips on how to spend your free time and always have an open ear for your wishes and suggestions, so that your vacation will be as pleasant as possible and you will remember it for a long time.

The above prices do not include the health resort fee of 1,00 EUR per person/night for adults. Children from 6 to 17 years: 0,50 EUR. Children from 0 to 5 years and disabled persons from 80% are free of charge. Please transfer the balance at least 1 week before arrival ! Arrival and departure can be arranged with the hosts !

Freeway A8 Munich/Salzburg, exit Bernau am Chiemsee, direction Grassau on the B305 through Bernau drive, next place Rottau. The house is on the right side out of town.
