It has a separate bedroom (a second bedroom can be booked if necessary), an extra kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, living room and bathroom and balcony with seating area. On request we provide a crib. In the bedroom there is a pull-out couch. WLAN free of charge in the whole house. A barbecue possibility as well as a sunbathing lawn are available. Dogs are not allowed. Enjoy the view to the Rauschberg from your balcony.

Our renovated farm is located at the foot of the Unternberg with an unobstructed view of the Ruhpolding valley basin and the Rauschberg. In the midst of colorful mountain meadows and forests in a wonderfully quiet location you can enjoy your vacation in nature. In addition to the comfortably furnished rooms with shower and toilet, a cozy lounge with TV is available. A sunny terrace and a lawn invites you to relax. Our vacation apartments are characterized by a comfortable country house style. A perfect starting point for walks and hiking trails. In winter ideal for skiers, because the ski lifts and cross-country ski trails are nearby. We look forward to seeing you Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.

Prachtig ruim appartement met een geweldig uitzicht. Goed ingericht en bijzonder aardige eigenaren. -- Automatisch übersetzt mit DeepL-- Wunderschöne, geräumige Wohnung mit einer tollen Aussicht. Gut eingerichtet und besonders nette Eigentümer.

Matrassen zijn aan vervanging toe. Beide matrassen hadden een kuil in het midden waardoor rugpijn ontstaat. -- Automatisch übersetzt mit DeepL-- Die Matratzen müssen ersetzt werden. Beide Matratzen hatten eine Vertiefung in der Mitte, was zu Rückenschmerzen führte.
