The rooms are equipped with shower/WC, TV, WLAN and partly with balcony. Biking and hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks pass directly by the house. Resi and Sepp Zeller are looking forward to welcoming you! Discover our wellness oasis, newly built in 2013, directly at the house. A sauna, infrared cabin, rain shower and relaxation room with water beds await you in a unique rustic-modern ambience. What could be better than jumping into the newly built natural swimming pond after a sauna session? With us this is possible, the unique mountain view included.

terms/extras

The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.

Arrival Description

AB Munich-Salzburg - exit Ruhpolding. After Schloßtunnel turn right at the traffic light towards Brand. Exit Unternberg left then after 100 m left again.
