Enjoy your vacation on our hospitable well-kept farm. A spacious sun terrace and sunbathing lawn with a magnificent view invite you to relax. A charming footpath leads to the nearby village. For active holidaymakers there are a variety of sports facilities available. In winter you will find d a the ideal ski area for children and beginners! For winter sports enthusiasts there is a ski lift as well as cross-country ski trails directly at the house. Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. So you can experience the region to the full and at the same time be surprised by the many free offers. We will be happy to send you further information and the detailed terms of use on request.

Coming from the A8, pass the entrance to Ruhpolding, directly after the town sign at the gas station turn right into Maiergschwendter Straße, in the district of Maiergschwendt you will find our house on the left side.
