The spacious, bright vacation apartment Rauschberg with separate bedroom is located on the 1st floor and has a fully equipped kitchen area (microwave, 4-plate ceramic hob, extractor fan ...) with sitting area. The apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers, as it is equipped only with tile and vinyl floors. Pets are therefore not possible with us. The large, 2-meter wide covered south-facing balcony has a magnificent mountain view and is not visible from other guests. A room safe, free WLAN and a laptop are also part of the equipment. The modern bathroom with window, glass shower and mirror cabinet offers enough storage space.

Description

Newly built house with spacious three new vacation apartments. Each vacation apartment has a single balcony with fantastic mountain views to the sunny side. There is also a garden with a lawn for sunbathing. The comfortably equipped vacation apartments including flat TV and stereo system, free WLAN etc. were built according to the latest sound insulation and heating technology. The non-smoking house is located on a side street. You have only about 500 meters to the village center, train station, several restaurants and cafes. Also ideal for train travelers. For your car there is a free parking lot directly in front of the house or an underground parking lot (for a fee). Walking, hiking and biking trails can be used from the house. Cross-country skiing trails start in the immediate vicinity. Bicycles are available for a fee. Only 200 meters to the bathing center with indoor wave pool, sauna area, 33 degree warm Urmeertherme, spacious outdoor swimming area.

terms/extras

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 euros per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 per child/young person aged 6-15 per night. No visitor's tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.

Arrival Description

At the traffic light turn towards the indoor swimming pool. Continue along Branderstrasse for about 200 meters, on the left side, Branderstr. 15.
