Single Apartment in der obersten Etage befindet sich das Apartment für 1 Person Wohn- und Schlafraum kombiniert mit Doppelbett, Digitales Sat TV Küchenzeile ausgestattet mit 2 Platteninduktionsherd, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Kaffepadsmaschine ect. mit Esstisch und 2 Stühlen Dusche/WC/Waschbecken/Haarfön 17 qm2 Die Apartment ist im bayrischen Landhausstil eingerichtet und hat 2 Dachfenster Der Parkplatz ist direkt an der Unterkunft. Für Fahrräder oder Ski besteht die Möglichkeit es in der Garage unterzustellen. Zum draußen Sitzen lädt die Terrasse ein, es bestehen verschiedene Möglichkeiten zur Mitbenutzung unserer großen Terrasse mit anderen Gästen, sowie die Holzliege 160x200 zum entspannen. Das Haus bietet eine ideale Lage im Sommer für Wanderungen und Radtouren und im Winter für Skifahren, Wandern und Langlauf. Die Langlaufloipe befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Auch Ausflugsziele wie Chiemsee, Salzburg, Berchtesgaden-Königsee, Kössen, Walchsee sind in ca 30 min bis 1 Autostunde zu erreichen. Der Raffner Hof liegt ca. 2,5 km vom Ortskern Ruhpolding entfernt. Mit dem Auto ist der Ort in ca. 3 Minuten zu erreichen, zu Fuß sind es ca. 20 Minuten. Es gibt verschieden Lebensmittelgeschäfte sowie Bäckereien und Metzger in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
