This is followed by a dining area with kitchenette and passageway to the living room/bedroom, which is furnished with a double bed, sofa, armchair, chest of drawers and TV. Most of the flat's windows face east, so you can fully enjoy the morning sun. The balcony and stairs lead to the large roof terrace, which is perfect for relaxing.

The spacious "Rauschberg" flat consists of 4 rooms and a shower room with WC. The centrepiece is the large eat-in kitchen with dining area, fitted kitchen and access to the small south-facing balcony, which invites you to sunbathe at any time of year. To the east is one of the two bedrooms with a double bed, wardrobe etc. and access to the bathroom. To the west, the dining kitchen leads into the living room with sofa area and TV and access to the large west-facing balcony as well as the hallway and another bedroom with double bed. From the west-facing balcony you can watch life in the village (including processions and traditional parades such as the annual St George's Ride) and enjoy the beautiful view of St George's Church in Ruhpolding, which is well worth seeing.
