Description
Our well-kept country house is situated in an absolutely quiet and sunny location at the foothills of the spa park. To the cozy and comfortably furnished vacation apartment with parquet floors belongs a spacious carport, a 12 sqm west-facing balcony and a separate garden area with a view of the Rauschberg. Sports equipment can be parked in the apartment's own staircase. The apartment has cable TV and radio stereo. A third sleeping possibility is available for an extra charge. All recreational facilities as well as the town center are in the immediate vicinity. Our prices include bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Free WLAN.Enjoy your vacation in a private atmosphere. Guests with e-bikes are welcome if they provide proof of liability insurance for their bikes.

Unser Haus mit Blick ins Grüne liegt wirklich sehr ruhig nahe der Ortsmitte. Das Vita Alpina, Freizeiteinrichtungen sowie die Langlaufloipen sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.
Arrival Description
Coming from the A8, turn right towards the center after entering the town - do not enter the tunnel! Stay on Hauptstr. until you reach a left-hand bend at the Brotzeiteck/Hotel Wittelsbach where Brandstätter Str. turns off to the right. Follow the road uphill. Opposite the Hotel Zum Hirschhaus you will see our sign "Landhaus Elke". Take the left entrance to the garage house 19b and drive left behind on our property 19a into the carport.
