Welcome to the Langerbauer-Hof. Our family-run and managed mountain farm is located in a beautiful, quiet, sunny hillside location with unobstructed panoramic views.You can expect high-quality, lovingly furnished and very cozy apartments. Both have a balcony with morning sun and unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains. Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. So you can experience the region to the full and at the same time be surprised by the many free offers. We will be happy to send you further information and the detailed terms of use on request.

Environment description

During your stay, also visit our managed Langerbauer-Alm: two comfortable trail options lead you to the 880m high moor in the Röthelmoos area. Either from Urschlau near Ruhpolding through the forest or from Weitsee, near Reit im Winkl the hike leads you in about 1 hour to our Langerbauer Alm, which is also easy to manage for smaller children or with a stroller. Here you will find a small alpine village surrounded by mountains with grazing cows and young cattle. Our Langerbauer Alm is one of them. We make the farmhouse bread and cheese for our snacks ourselves. We offer you only high quality and regional products. On the wood stove, just like in the old days, each Kaiserschmarrn is prepared separately. The Westernberg ski lift is in the immediate vicinity.

About the host

I live with my husband and my 4 daughters next to the parental farm. We run the small farm and in the summer we manage the Langerbauer-Alm. We are a real fully managed, traditional mountain farm, with sensational panoramic views of Ruhpolding and the Chiemgau Alps. In summer, a few cows graze on the meadow in front of the farm. The smallest calves are still in the stable and may only in autumn on the meadow. The young cattle spend the summer on the alpine pasture. The Langerbauernhof is a pure breeding farm with about 12 young cattle and about 4 calves and about 4 larger calves. Our animals at the Langerbauerhof: rabbits, cats, 2 ponies eg. Horse "Dörte" also for riding (if Dörte has desire :-)), 1 goat. In front of our farm children have a very large lawn for lying and playing. Our forest behind the farm is perfect for exploring.

terms/extras

The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.

Arrival Description

After the town sign opposite the ARAL gas station, turn right, past the Steinbach hotels, after the ski school turn right, after approx. 50 m. at the Hotel Alpensonne keep right, follow the slightly uphill road for approx. 200 m, at the 3rd and 4th house on the left you have reached your destination.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Wohung war einfach super! Die Wohnung ist nicht nur wunderschön eingerichtet, sondern auch makellos sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ein toller Blick auf die herrlichen Wiesen und Berge. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und nur 15 Minuten Fußweg vom Zentrum entfernt! Die Gastgeberin, Frau Sandbichler, ist sehr nett und die Kommunikation war sehr einfach. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern, ansprechend und recht neu renoviert. Die Einrichtung ist aufeinander abgestimmt und die Wohnung ist einfach traumhaft schön und gemütlich. Wir haben uns ab der ersten Minute wohl gefühlt. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden sogar ein Kaffeevollautomat. Unsere Kinder durften im Hof und im Garten spielen und nach den Kindern schauen. Annemarie und ihre Familie sind total nett, herzlich und gastfreundlich. Die Unterkunft können wir zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
