WELCOME + GREETINGS + SERVUS Nice that you have found us! We currently offer you a 2-room holiday flat on the 1st floor and a 1-room flat in the attic. Both flats are newly renovated and have a wonderful view with a south-facing balcony (mountain view). The flats are in a small apartment building (also occupied by us), which is quiet yet centrally located to the village centre. The indoor wave pool 'Vita Alpina', a sunny playground and various restaurants are within easy walking distance (approx. 5-10 minutes). Walks, hikes and cycling or cross-country skiing tours can be started right outside the front door. Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. So you can experience the region to the full and at the same time be surprised by the many free offers. We will be happy to send you further information and the detailed terms of use on request.

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 euros per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 per child/young person aged 6-15 per night. No visitor's tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.
Arrival Description
Autobahn A8 München - Salzburg, Ausfahrt Traunstein/Siegsdorf, Richtung Ruhpolding Ruhig und dennoch zentral zum Ortskern gelegen. Einfach der Beschilderung "Rathaus" folgen, das Rathaus links liegen lassen und die Brandstätterstraße ortsauswärts bis fast zum Ende fahren. Das kleine Mehrfamilienhaus mit Nummer 58 liegt nach ca. 700 m auf der rechten Seite. Der Bahnhof Ruhpolding liegt ca. 1 km von uns entfernt und ist in ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen.
