The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the golf course and cross-country ski trail. Very quiet residential area at the foot of the Zellerberges.Bus stop on the main road. The apartments were partially renovated in 2021 and offer a cozy ambience. (No carpeted floors)Dogs are welcome for an extra charge. Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. So you can experience the region to the full and at the same time be surprised by the many free offers. We will be happy to send you further information and the detailed terms of use on request. For dogs we charge 5,00 per day/per dog.

The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.

In Ruhpolding at the traffic light turn left towards Zell, after the church St. Valentin 2nd street left and the 1st street left again. At the 2nd house on the right side you have reached your destination.

Schwimmbadlokal die Welle rechnet bei Kartenzahlung einfach 10% Trinkgeld ein. Werden da nie wieder essen gehen. Ich gebe immer Trinkgeld, aber freiwillig und bestimme auch die Summe. ☹️☹️☹️
