Our centrally located non-smoking vacation apartment with fantastic distant views and three separate bedrooms offers everyone their own realm. More vacation home than apartment. On 85 sqm living space you have everything separately on one floor. Kitchen with dining area, living room, bathroom with toilet, additional guest toilet, private terrace and plenty of lawn for sunbathing or playing for the little ones. Our vacation apartment has a separate entrance with its own house- apartment entrance door. In the entrance area there is a wardrobe. The kitchen with cozy dining area offers comfortable space for 5 people. Through the living room with couch corner you can reach the private terrace with a wonderful view. Description

The house Theresienwiese is located in the picturesque Schönau a. Königssee in the district Oberschönau. From the edge of the Grünstein forest you look across wide meadows to the surrounding mountains with the imposing Kehlsteinhaus. Restaurants and inns are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached comfortably on foot or by car in just a few minutes. The nearest bus stop and a small grocery store are about 5 minutes walk from the house. Many excursion destinations such as the Königssee, the Jennerbahn, the Hintersee with the fairy-tale magic forest, as well as hiking destinations in the Berchtesgaden National Park are also easily and comfortably reached by car or by bus. In winter, a cross-country ski trail leads directly past the house. The Grünstein lift (ideal for children) can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Ihr Urlaub bei uns im Haus Theresienwiese: Die zentrale, aber ruhige Lage der Ferienwohnungen im Haus Theresienwiese bietet Ihnen den optimalen Ausgangspunkt für Ihre Unternehmungen im Berchtesgadener Land. Restaurants und Gaststätten befinden sich in nächster Nähe und können zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto bequem in nur wenigen Minuten erreicht werden. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich circa 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Auch der berühmte Königssee, sowie die Jennerbahn liegen in unmittelbarer Umgebung und Sie erreichen die beiden Ziele in nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Verschiedenste Wandertouren können direkt von Theresienwiese selbst gestartet werden - entdecken Sie die einzigartige Schönheit des angrenzenden Nationalpark Berchtesgaden! Im Winter führt eine Langlaufloipe direkt am Haus vorbei und auch der Grünsteinlift (ideal für Kinder) kann im Rahmen eines kleinen Spaziergangs schnell erreicht werden.
