Sunny, quiet and yet centrally located between Berchtesgaden and Königssee in the district of Schwöb, our well-kept, country-style apartments offer the ideal starting point for all kinds of activities. Enjoy the fantastic view of the Watzmann and the surrounding mountains with sun until the evening on your own terrace or balcony (both south facing). Both apartments have separate entrances. Even without a car (parking lot directly at the house) you can reach the most wonderful excursion destinations on foot. The bus stop (use of the public buses with Kurkarte free of charge) is only about 4-5 minutes walk away, as well as hiking trails and in winter the cross-country ski trail. The mentioned prices are plus visitor's tax of 3,10 Euro for adults, 1,55 Euro for children/young people from 7 to 16 years and 0,00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay (subject to change). Children can only be accommodated in the Landhaus Watzmann from the age of 16.
Arrival Description
You drive from the A8 Munich direction Salzburg. Take the exit Bad Reichenhall. This is the last exit before the Austrian border. (VIGNETTENPFLICHT!) From Bad Reichenhall on the B20 follow the signs to Berchtesgaden.You will pass through the towns of Bad Reichenhall, Bayerisch Gmain, Hallthurm and Bischofswiesen and finally come to the large traffic circle at the train station Berchtesgaden.From there take the exit to Königssee on the B20, you are now in the municipal area Schönau am Königssee. Take the first exit to the left into Alte Königsseer Strße. Follow this street until the next junction to the left, please turn there. You are now in the Holzlobstraße
