On the ground floor there is the living room, approx. 35 m2, with a glass front facing south and a large balcony. Comfortable seating (fold-out) and dining area. The fitted kitchen is separated from the living room by a bar counter. The balcony is equipped with upholstered lounge chairs. Hallway with wardrobe, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobe. Bathroom with shower and washer/dryer. In the attic there are two bedrooms, each with two beds (bedroom 1 can be accessed directly from the stairs. Bedroom 2 with a door. All windows have shutters. All rooms in the house are equipped with new infrared hybrid heaters. There is a garden house for safe storage of your e-bikes.
