Fantastic vacation apartment with a view of the Alps. The completely renovated maisonette apartment is located between the Chiemsee and Inzell. It is located on the 1st floor of a quiet residential complex. In addition to the spacious living room with 2 balconies, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (including basic equipment with spices etc.), a dining area and a shower room with underfloor heating on the lower floor. On the upper floor are the two bedrooms with double beds of 180x200 and 140x200 cm. In the basement there is a bicycle and ski room, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) and a drying room. The parking spaces directly at the house, a bakery in the village store from mid-December 2023, the inn "Hammerwirt", as well as the bus stops (direction Inzell / Bad Reichenhall or direction Siegsdorf / Traunstein) are only a few meters away. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous leisure activities such as water sports, hiking, cycling, skiing and cross-country skiing as well as cultural activities. Please do not forget to bring your own bed linen and towels. This is a non-smoking accommodation, pets are not allowed. We attach great importance to offering you a well-kept and intact apartment in which you can feel at home. A welcome greeting is on the dining table, we look forward to seeing you!

Den aktuellen Fahrplan finden Sie hier: https://www.traunstein.com/sites/default/files/Fahrplanheft.pdf In Traunstein haben Sie Anschluss an die Nah- und Fernverkehrszüge Richtung München und Salzburg. Der nächstgelegene (Regional-) Bahnhof zur Ferienwohnung ist "Bergen in Oberbayern", den Sie in ca. 10 min mit dem Auto erreichen können. Dieser ist allerdings nicht an den Linien-Busverkehr angebunden. Wir wünschen eine sichere An- und Abreise.
