Our apartment "Martin" impresses with its open and bright layout. Ideal for two people, but equipped with an additional sleeping possibility for an adult or two children, it also offers space for a small family. Already the first rays of sunshine in the day allow a view of the Alps. The lovingly furnished apartment captivates not only by its partly lovingly restored furniture, rather it offers numerous amenities of a modern vacation apartment in this day and age. In the equipment we have consciously paid attention to a modern and environmentally conscious furnishings and so the approximately 50m ² presents itself with a fully equipped and spacious kitchen, which in addition to an electric stove including oven, a refrigerator and freezer combination, a dishwasher as well as coffee maker, kettle, microwave and toaster. The comfortable seating area can accommodate up to four people. With great attention to detail, the combined bedroom and living room was designed. We have provided the double bed with high-quality mattresses and slatted frames. For families, there is also a wide sofa bed for one to two people. We have provided the apartment with a powerful WLAN. The modern, large, swiveling and Internet-enabled flat-screen TV ensures the right picture and sound quality for cozy TV evenings. In addition, a digital radio with numerous linking options for data carriers is available to our guests. The bathroom in this apartment is characterized by modern elegance and is equipped with shower, towel dryer, toilet, hair dryer and sink. A washing machine is available in the basement of our house. The covered south-facing balcony with a small seating area is an ideal place to unwind. During the construction last year have consciously paid attention to the selection of natural building materials. The brand-new and in wood post and beam construction built roof is insulated well above current standards and offers optional protection in hot temperatures, especially in the summer. During the construction we have not only taken into account the current concerns of fire protection, but we have also attached great importance to good sound insulation, so that you can spend your vacations undisturbed. Environmental protection and a careful use of our natural resources are a matter close to our hearts. That is why we not only use renewable raw materials for heating, but have also consciously decided to use solar energy. The large natural garden invites you to relax and offers a barbecue and a fireplace for cozy evenings. Children will enjoy themselves with a swing, among other things, and our guests can spend the evening hours on the covered north terrace and enjoy the sunset on the horizon. In addition to an extensive collection of games, we also offer our guests a small reading corner and a selection of activities in the region. A parking space directly at the house ensures short distances. Still this year we expect our outdoor sauna, which invites you to relax next to the garden shower.

Vacation apartment ChiemgauglückIn Traunstein, "the heart of the Chiemgau" two new vacation apartments are looking forward to you! On the second floor of our house, two completely new accommodations, each with almost 50 square meters of living space, have been created as part of a general renovation. Lovingly furnished, each modern and high-quality equipped apartment offers space for up to four people. In the open living and sleeping area there is a wide double bed and a high-quality sofa bed. Alternatively, both a children's travel bed or an additional extra bed can be provided. However, there are no separate bedrooms. Due to the clever architecture, a connection of both apartments is possible if desired. In the garden there is an outdoor sauna, which can accommodate up to six people. Our Chiemgau is characterized in particular by its versatility as a tourist region. Thereby every season offers the possibility for a stay according to your taste. The spring awakening of nature in spring, the bathing lakes in summer, the hiking experiences in autumn as well as the winter sports possibilities in the cold season ensure, in addition to countless year-round offers for "young and old", to spend your dream vacation "in the heart of the Chiemgau"! The apartments are available both for short stays but also for an extended vacation. Parking spaces are located directly in front of the house. A lockable bicycle storage including battery charging possibility is available. On request, yoga classes are possible directly with us in the "Chiemgauglück" with a trained teacher. The mountain view of the Berchtesgaden as well as the Chiemgau Alps and the Inn Valley is always an experience. The covered terraces and the spacious balcony invite you to linger. Our house is located in the village of Kammer, a district of Traunstein and is only a few minutes drive from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Waginger respectively. The center of Traunstein with many shopping opportunities can be reached by car in about five minutes and the Chiemgau Alps are also only a few minutes drive away. Environment description

The mountain view of the Berchtesgadener as well as the Chiemgauer Alps and the Inntal is always an experience. The covered terraces and the spacious balcony invite you to linger. Our house is located in the village of Kammer, a district of Traunstein and is now only a few minutes drive from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Waginger. The center of Traunstein with many shopping opportunities can be reached by car in about five minutes and the Chiemgau Alps are only a few minutes drive away.

Arrival Description

Via the highway exit Traunstein / Siegsdorf on the route Munich - Salzburg you can reach the village in about 15 minutes. A journey by train is also possible. the nearest train station is in Traunstein. From there we provide a pick-up service on request or you can use the regional public transport with a regular bus or the call bus service.
