In winter, Übersee is perfectly located for snow adventures - within 40 minutes you can reach top ski areas such as Winklmoosalm/Steinplatte or Hochfelln, ideal for day trips. Everything you need is close by: supermarkets, bakeries, and both traditional Bavarian inns and modern restaurants serving fresh local cuisine are just a short walk from the apartment.

Hi, I'm Lena, born and raised in Bad Reichenhall, deep in the heart of Bavaria. After studying and living in Munich for several years, I still feel most at home when I'm out in nature. Whether that's skiing in winter or kitesurfing, stand-up paddling, and sailing in summer. I'm a true nature lover, and Übersee has always been my heart's place - the perfect spot to recharge, enjoy the silence and beauty of the Chiemsee, and still dance to music with a cocktail in hand at the beach bar in the evening. It's where calm and joy come together - and life simply feels full and free. With BAY°47, I've made a lifelong dream come true: to create a retreat in Übersee that I can share with others.
