Description
Semi-detached house in a very quiet location (dead-end street). You live on the outskirts of Übersee and yet centrally located (nearest restaurant 200m and village centre 600m). You can reach our Chiemsee beach in 10 minutes by bike. Behind the house you will find a large meadow (slope) or a forest (Buchwald).
About the host
Wir, das sind jetzt Wahl-Bayern (Zugereiste) im Ruhestand. Der Erfahrungsschatz, den wir für Sie im Chiemgau haben, sind 40 Jahre Wochenendfreizeit. Seit dem Ruhestand vor einigen Jahren genießen wir unsere Wahlheimat jetzt täglich. Dabei helfen uns die Hobbys: Wandern, Berggehen, Fahrradfahren, Segeln, Schwimmen, Pilze suchen, Langlauf, Alpin Ski, faulenzen, bayrische Kost, Biergärten, Trachtenfeste und, neuerdings E-Bike fahren. Unsere Liebe gehört dem Labrador. Unser Merlin, ein blonder Labrador, wurde 12 Jahre alt. Seit 2016 gehört Rona zu uns, ein schwarzes Weibchen.

Arrival Description
You can reach us via the A8 motorway by taking the exit "Übersee, Feldwies". Follow the road to Übersee (north). After 1KM through the railway subway (Edeka on the right before). At the first roundabout take the same road, after 200m there is a gymnasium on the right. Now there is a pizzeria on the left with a road on the right. After this it is the next street to the right, the "Willi-Geiger-Weg". Take the second house on the right, number 8, and you are there! Take the train to Übersee station (also ICE!), we will gladly take you the 2KM from the station.
