Stock of a two-family house in a residential area outside the town center in the health resort of Übersee, within walking distance to Lake Chiemsee. The cozy and well-maintained 75 sqm top floor loft features a spacious living-dining area with a well-equipped kitchen and a large south-facing balcony with a view of our house mountains.The separate bedroom with comfortably sized comforters and bedding (155x220cm) and suitable for allergy sufferers, offers a view of the Upper Bavarian starry sky while lying down, with the option of shooting stars, as well as complete darkness. Crossing the hallway leads to the bathroom. All living spaces (except the bathroom and hallway) are equipped with solid wood floors.
