Description

Welcome to Haus Waldesruh - an ideal holiday accommodation in summer. At the Chiemsee beach, which is only 1 km away, you can go swimming, surfing, sailing or cycling. Our house is idyllically and quietly situated at the edge of the forest. A restaurant and cosy beer garden with barbecue evenings as well as a beautiful terrace and sunbathing lawn offer you a lot of variety and relaxation during your stay. The NR rooms are comfortably and modernly equipped with shower/WC and TV. Pets are not allowed.

terms/extras

Washing machine & dryer, solarium, DO as single room against MP only on request! The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax of EUR 1.00 per person/night for adults. Children from 7 to 16 years: EUR 0,50. Children under 7 years: EUR 0,00 (1 April to 31 October) and EUR 0,40 per person/night for adults and children from 7 to 16 years. Children under 7 years: EUR 0,00 (1 November to 31 March). An advance payment of 40% of the total price is required for a binding booking. Cancellation by the client must be made in writing. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Up to 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total price is payable. Cancellations between 14 days before arrival and arrival day are subject to 90% of the total price.

Arrival Description

Motorway A8 exit Übersee, in the direction of the village centre after approx. 300 mtr. turn left into the forest path, here follow the signs to Haus Waldesruh for another 200 mtr. Train stop Übersee in the direction of Feldwies.
