Description
Very spacious flat with 190 m². The large wardrobe offers plenty of space and freedom of movement. The flat itself is reached via a staircase. It comprises three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a large, cosy communal area divided into kitchen, dining room, living room and fireplace room, and the foosball room. The flat also has 2 terraces directly adjoining the communal area: The south terrace with 44 m² and the covered west terrace with 26 m². The flat is well suited for 3 families with small children, for groups of up to 9 people or for 3 couples.
Environment description
The flat is located right at the foot of the Balsberg, just a few steps away from nature.From the flat you can reach on foot- the village centre with supermarket, ice cream parlour, pharmacy, restaurants and shops in 10 minutes- the Wössner See lake in 15 minutes - the alpine gliding school in 20 minutesThe Chiemsee lake is 16 km away from the valley and is easily (and flatly) accessible by bike. Unterwössen is a very convenient starting point for hikes in the Achental valley, and destinations in Austria are also within easy reach.

Arrival Description
Mit dem Auto aus Richtung München: Auf der A8 bis Ausfahrt Bernau am Chiemsee, weiter auf der B 305 über Rottau, Grassau und Marquartstein nach Unterwössen. Bei der Kirche rechts in die Alte Dorfstraße einbiegen und ihr folgen. Nach Ortsausgang und Flutmulde links über die Brücke in die Garbmühlstraße biegen. Nach dem Ortseingangsschild die dritte Straße rechts einbiegen und bis zum Ende folgen. Links vis-a-vis steht das gelb-weiße Haus, Ihr Ziel!Mit dem Zug: Geeignete Bahnhöfe sind Prien am Chiemsee und Übersee am Chiemsee. Von dort fahren regelmäßig RVO-Linienbusse nach Unterwössen, in Prien bietet die Linie 9505 Anschluss, in Übersee Linie 9509.
