Beautiful, large vacation home in a quiet, idyllic location with mountain views of the Berchtesgaden and Chiemgau Alps in the hamlet of Tettelham. The small, typical Bavarian hamlet with a few houses, a farm and a church is located about 5 km from Waging am See, the nearest lido at Lake Waging is about 7 km away. Directly below the house you can start extensive tours through the Chiemgau by bike or take a walk to the Schlossberg or to the nearby Otting with soccer field, volleyball court and inn. The semi-detached house offers space for up to 8 people on 2 floors. 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with tiled stove invite you to stay. The outdoor seating area and a sunbathing lawn are ideal for hot days, even children will get their money's worth: a playground and plenty of space in the garden will not let boredom arise.

Freeway A8 Munich-Salzburg exit Siegsdorf/Traunstein direction Waging am See. At the hamlet Aichwies approx. 3km before Waging turn towards Otting. After the village of Otting, after about 500m, turn left onto a small side road towards Tettelham.
